When people have nothing left but their dignity, they will do anything to perserve it.

U.S. Supreme Court's 2005 Kelo Decision legitimizes excessively deferential courts permitting governmental arrogance resulting in the expansion of the limits of judicial arrogance.

IT'S NOT JUST A MOVIE
IT'S A THE SAD REALITY
OF GOVERNMENT v "YOU"

Based on a sad reality ........

Jonathan and Sylvia Tompson lived happily in their
cozy cottage home for their entire married life until
the development company quietly negotiated with the
City to have the property declared BLIGHTED
making it a prime target of the
City Redevelopment Agency.

Left with no dignified options, Sylvia decided that she had only
one reasonable alternative ..... in a dramatic turn of events she
enlisted the help of the "Assistance Service" employee, Bryan.

Taking matters into her own hands, Sylvia's shocking
and radical plan sadly represented her only option.

Dedicated to Sylvia and the countless, powerless victim's of
Eminent Domain

"Eminent Domain is an ineluctable by-product of disgregarding the morality of American Law. The growing exercise of legislative power in the name of majoritarian whims has eroded America's Twin Foundational presumptions - limited government and residual individual sovereignty."

Elizabeth Price Foley, law professor
aaauthor of "Liberty For All"
(2006 - Yale)
